MANUSCRIPTS SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

General Information

The POSTSON Journal is a peer-reviewed publication that aims to advance the field of postharvest technology in agricultural science. The journal welcomes submissions from researchers, scholars, and practitioners from various fields related to postharvest technology.

Manuscript Submission

  1. Format: Manuscripts must be submitted as a Word document (.docx extension).
  2. Length: The maximum length of the manuscript is 5,000 words, including abstract, tables, figures, and references.
  3. Font: The font should be 12-point Times New Roman, with 1.5 spacing.
  4. Margins: Leave 1-inch margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right).

Manuscript Structure

  1. Title Page: Include the title of the manuscript, authors' names, affiliations, and contact information.
  2. Abstract: A concise abstract of not more than 250 words, summarizing the main findings and implications of the research.
  3. Introduction: A clear and concise introduction to the research, including the background, objectives, and significance of the study.
  4. Methodology: A detailed description of the research methodology, including the study design, sampling strategy, data collection methods, and data analysis techniques.
  5. Results: A clear and concise presentation of the research findings, including tables, figures, and graphs.
  6. Discussion: A critical discussion of the research findings, including implications, limitations, and recommendations for future research.
  7. Conclusion: A concise summary of the main findings and implications of the research.
  8. References: A list of references cited in the manuscript, formatted according to the APA style (7th edition).

Referencing Style

The referencing style for the POSTSON Journal is APA (7th edition). Authors are responsible for ensuring that their references are accurate and formatted correctly.

  1. Tables: Tables should be numbered consecutively and have a clear title.
  2. Figures: Figures should be numbered consecutively and have a clear title.
